I can’t recommend MVP Masonry Restoration enough. They just completed the restoration of our historic wall in Downtown Willoughby, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
From day one, they clearly cared about doing the job the right way. As the project progressed, they took the time to research the history of the wall and even changed materials where appropriate to make sure the restoration stayed true to the original construction instead of simply taking the easiest approach.
The crew was outstanding. Professional, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They showed up even during the week of 90+ degree weather, worked hard every day, and their attention to detail really shows in the finished product.
One thing that really impressed us was how clean they kept everything. Since the project was right along our sidewalk, I expected dust and debris everywhere, but they cleaned the entire area at the end of every workday. You could tell they took pride not only in their craftsmanship but also in respecting our property and the neighborhood.
If you’re looking for a masonry contractor that truly cares about quality and takes pride in their work, MVP Masonry Restoration is the company to call. Tim and Conor did an excellent batch of work for me this season. I was impressed with their level of detail, cleanliness, and communication. Easy to work with and very good work. The work sites were very well respected and left clean & orderly. Very pleased with the work from beginning to end, and Tim addressed every question I had along the way. I would definitely work with MVP again for my future needs

Had MVP’s crew to our house to address issues with our chimney, and tuckpointing. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the work that they were there to do, but also addressed some shoddy tuck pointing work that had been done on the house prior to us owning it. They were very fair with the additional work that needed to be done. Tim and his crew were professional and pleasant have around!! I highly recommend them!

Tim was doing some restoration work next door and I asked him to fix our porch landing and garage floor. He immediately was able to give us a quote (very reasonable) and has completed the work within a week, with no disruption to us and left our property clean and thoroughly updated. I highly recommend him. In fact, as he was finishing up, I introduced him to our neighbor who will probably contract with him. High grades for efficiency, quality, and professionalism.

We recently had a few different projects completed by MVP Masonry and were hugely impressed and beyond satisfied with everything from start to finish. Tim was extremely professional and knowledgeable from the very first inquiry. The quality of workmanship, the follow thru, the pricing, the customer service were all top notch and 5 plus star work. Provided estimate in writing which seems to be something unusual based on some other companies we contacted for estimates. Fair price. Thorough. Very detailed. Excellent cleanup. Communicative. All workers were respectful. The owner, Tim, made sure we were happy with the work. Would highly recommend and will definitely call MVP again if ever we need additional brickwork.
